I don’t understand why they enhance the colours so much in many of these images. The one below (a composite) is enhanced but not excessively. Also the most beautiful Pluto image for my money.

Baudrillard’s entry on ”modernity” for a 1985 encyclopedia(of which below is merely a short extract) remains a brilliant, fascinating text.Could’ve easily been a book.Along with Foucault’s What is Enlightenment? it’s one of the most intriguing things written about the modern era.
