I asked for an example when a parent asked how to handle her autistic daughter being rude. The example was that she would say out loud that something in a shop is far too expensive and you shouldn’t f@cking bother 👀 it’s me, I’m rude 😂😂

If they screened out all the HCPs with mental health issues we would have a huge staffing issue in the NHS.
Mentally ill people are more likely to hurt themselves than other people.
How about better support for staff 🤷🏼‍♀️

I met with my canoeing/walking group today.
2 of the older members were trying to remember all the trails up Snowdon. After a bit I said I could just Google it or did they just want to keep guessing.
Cue lots of laughter. They didn’t actually want to know 😂🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Just spent 16 minutes hanging on the phone as a referral form said if it was urgent to ring. I’d ticked the urgent box on the form.
No-one could tell me why I had to call 🤦🏼‍♀️

Work ringing me 10 minutes before I start. I don’t think so!

I have a three day weekend.
I have plans tomorrow but none for the two after.
I need those two days desperately.
Must resist the voice inside my head that says they must be filled and that I’m not liked if I don’t have plans.
