Ending a great beef delivery day with a proper pint at Hogshead Brewery. Fiting as this is were Greg Linster and I met years ago to discuss Nassim Nicholas Taleb Antifragile and it’s applications. Greg is the proud owner of a full beef in his freezer, localism in action. Thanks Greg.
