With Hometree “Dinnseanchas” project, PMP visited Dromonlahurt Bog, to demonstrate key elements of peatlands. Patrick took peat core to explain formation of peat over time. Project aims to inspire artists on themes incl. biodiversity, agricultural policy & upland communities.

February no till beans ,can’t get much more environmentally friendly than this , Irish grown protein,no high salt fertilisers applied ,and no carbon oxidised to atmosphere through ploughing it’s too damn valuable especially when profits are getting squeezed.

We were delighted to host the staff of the Regional Climate Action Offices at our Headquarters in Ennistymon.

We advocated for an area specific & bottom-up approach to climate action and biodiversity loss.

What an incredible week of learning and sharing with enlightened and generous people of Uíbh Ráthach. Ní fiú bheith ag seanchas agus an anachain déanta, so much to learn from this project.
