We're hosting 2 Trellis fellows this year: Beatrice Addah Obungu, of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (Florida A&M University), & William Larbi, of Lincoln University of Missouri (Lincoln University (Missouri)). They'll work w/ Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Horticulture's Peninah Yumbya in ICED's Kenya office for 2 weeks.

The Trellis Fund Fellowship Program, led by Florida A&M University & supported by Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Horticulture, pairs orgs from E & W Africa, CAM, & S. Asia w/ US-based grad students from partner institutions, collaborating on short-term projects to address horticultural challenges faced by local farmers.

In #Guatemala, CNFA’s Kathleen Doherty attended the annual meeting of the Feed the Future Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Horticulture where the Lab’s partners met to discuss how to continue supporting its work to bring innovative applied research in agriculture and horticulture to small-scale producers.
