Today, I went to the Forkn Good Food Festival in SOMO Village in Rohnert Park, CA. I had lumpia with an ube crinkle cookie and water from Adobos N More and a mini lamb gyro and baklava and melomakarona from Dino's Greek Food Truck. The event was SUPER packed, it was crazy!

This food truck event is insane! There's like 1000 people in line waiting to get in. It just started at 1pm.

Chicken pad thai from scratch. This recipe was pretty good!! (The last time I made it with a different recipe, I didn't like it. I think the key is when using tamarind since it is so sour, it needs lots of sugar 😂 - I use coconut sugar.) #padthai #glutenfree
