People lay in bed all weekend on their phone and wonder why they’re not motivated to do anything. Motivation is not the cause of action but the effect.

Bravery is not the absence of fear. Bravery is feeling the fear, the doubt, the insecurity, and deciding that something else is more important.

The trick to self-improvement is to make plenty of mistakes… ㅤ But to never make the same one twice.

The most useful trait you can train within yourself: ㅤ To stop seeing failure as a bad thing.

Changing and improving your life requires you to destroy a part of yourself and replace it with a newer, better version. Growth is therefore, by definition, painful to some degree.
