Sensible SEC rules we need to protect investors and innovation by making it possible to actually come in and register? Nope.

Arbitrary and capricious SEC rules that only add to market risk? Have all you want.

The courts remain our last, best hope.

My rough rule for measuring talent on a trial team isn’t to measure lead trial counsel. Any firm or office can take care to put out a strong number one. I look at the strength of the number two or three. It works almost every time.

We’re feeling it in the Land

No coercion required. No central authority susceptible to corruption required. No expert class with a particular politics required. Just incentives and the human instinct to make it all happen. Miners are remarkable.

I just look forward to the day when sharing what our government is doing in our name IS conventional. Democracy dies in darkness and all that.

Just register the token but not necessarily “all the stuff” around it. Or suffer lawsuits and case law in the meantime that are so muddled that they require the Supreme Court to provide “definitive clarity.” This is your government at work.
