There are very real consequences to yourselves and the people you serve if you decide to openly discuss methods, procedures, etc. and I feel there should be a bigger degree of seriousness when it comes to these matters especially in red states

We need to build a new landscape for abortion access. One without abortion deserts, TRAP laws, the Hyde Amendment or any other barrier people have to getting abortions. We can build something better than Roe.
