The FSN Library houses “Shenlu Shandong tigao,” collected memorials of Lu Zhenmo (Ministry of Justice). Lu was dispatched to Shandong in 1592 to rejudge cases and show leniency in punishments. Contents include issued edicts, official lists, and criminal trial records.
