Some ways the IMH has enjoyed being active together include: 🧘♀️ our yoga classes during lockdowns with Rik Dawson 💪 Pilates sessions with our Network Manager, Lexi Edmondson 🏃♂️ parkrun Australia on the weekends, and ⚽ end of year sports carnivals with Sydney Health colleagues
