I’m not sure if this is such a positive message, correlates well with the modest efficacy of esketamine unless the point is that no matter how bad the studies or resulta at some point the FDA will have to approve it.

One really wonders how given such rapid and sustained effects ketamine is not yet approved, let alone first-line treatment for depression. At least make the title "locking away depression in mice", to make it clear this major public health problem of the mouse world is fixed.
