Today we were at SNP Party Conference discussing the need for a Minimum Income Guarantee, and the steps needed for its implementation, with IPPR Scotland, Emma Jackson and Collette Stevenson MSP.
Stephen Boyd set out the steps we need to achieve a Minimum Income Guarantee. Workers in Scotland must have more power, and we need a strong, sustainable social security system.
