This week we're featuring commissioner Melissa Bremmer! Melissa Bremmer, PHD is Professor Arts Education, Amsterdam University of the Arts, Netherlands. Her research focuses on Embodied Music Pedagogy, music education & disability, and Arts Sciences education.

Next up in our Meet the Commissioners series is Erik Esterbauer! Erik Esterbauer is Associate Professor for Elemental Music and Dance Pedagogy at the Orff Institute of the Mozarteum University Salzburg.

This week we're featuring commissioner Milton Wabyona! Milton Wabyona is a Ugandan composer, musical arts educator and performer. He holds a Ph.D. in Music Education from Texas Tech University, and an MMus in Composition from the University of Kansas, USA.

Today we meet Commissioner Erin Parkes. Erin holds a Ph.D. in music education from McGill University, where she researched the impact of training on adaptive music education for studio music teachers. In 2012, Erin founded Lotus Centre for Special Music Education.

Meet our commission chair, Matthew Breaden, a teacher, researcher, & music therapist from Australia. His research interests include looking at how involvement and participation in music can help neurodiverse children, and how music facilitates family and community relationships

Introducing the keynote speaker for our upcoming seminar, Clare Johnston! Clare is a disabled composer and music technologist specializing in music for iPads. Clare is a composer, writing primarily works for iPad instruments and music technology. Drake Music Scotland
