If you ever hear "first of all, I love it" just assume all the work is dead

more jobs should start like relationships — just starting hanging out without any pressure and one day you find yourself spending all your time together and trying to make each other happy

Surprising side effect of creative work x motherhood: I’m ’forced’ to spend hours walking with a stroller outside and it has led to getting far better ideas far more easily. Reflecting on creative briefs while walking feels more productive than when I sat in front of a screen.
