For those interested, some comparison to current resident and fellow breakdown. 2022-2023 GI fellows vs IM residents ➡️41% women (45% IM residents) ➡️ 8.2% Hispanic (7.5% IM) ➡️ 6% Black (4.9%) Of note 52.8% of all residents were female
