La Comisión de Salud y Servicios Humanos (HHSC) amplió la fecha límite, hasta el 15 de septiembre, para los beneficiarios del Programa de Asistencia Nutricional Suplementaria (SNAP), afectados por el huracán Beryl puedan comprar alimentos calientes y comidas preparadas.

HHSC has received approval to extend SNAP hot foods through September 15. This extension allows SNAP recipients to purchase hot foods and ready-to-eat meals with their Lone Star Cards at participating retailers.
