Yesterday we had another great session with caregivers for girls with intellectual and physical disabilities engageing with the executive director and learning how to make liquid soap for a holistic #MHM. with support from Irise Institute East Africa and @Tpensmallgrants.
Through TPEN small grants, Marahaba Music Expo is leveraging Music and Art to address negative social-cultural norms and beliefs around menstruation in Bujumbura Burundi. #MenstrualJusticeForAll #PeriodEqualityEastAfrica
At Misindgye Primary school, our team formed a school health club with different categories of students to learn how to make reusable sanitary towels but also support fellow girls in #MHM . Thanks to Irise Institute East Africa #EndingPeriodPoverty AmplifyChange CRVPF African Women's Development Fund .
