Absolutely heartbroken by the loss of my friend Kris Kent. Kris was a committed river conservationists, angler, guide and water quality campaigner. He was part of the furniture at The Wild Trout Trust, Orvis Fly Fishing, Fishing Breaks and Angling Trust. A gentle giant and gentleman.

Weir removal and #ChalkStream #RiverRestoration 8 months on. Some very hard graft went into this river’s mid-recovery adjustments. A great Wessex Rivers Trust Habitats Team effort, and an ecosystem now on its way to a thriving future 🌱💧🐟
