I have been part of the no sleep club for the last 4 nights. It takes me ages to fall asleep and then I can't seem to stay asleep past 2am. Ugh... I am so exhausted 😩😴 #insomnia I have not missed you!

15 yrs today i survived 2 IEDs in 6 weeks. The 2nd left me with life changing injuries which are still effecting my life now. This year my brain injury was raised from mild to severe and now i have just been diagnosed with Crohns Disease. But i am alive. We move on. #NeverGiveUp
