It is the WHO and UNICEF providing these vaccines to Gaza - not the IDF, nor COGAT. UNRWA is helping to administer them. Israel just has to let them in, as it is legally obliged to do.

Islamic Jihad and Hamas have claimed responsibility for a blast in Tel Aviv last night which killed one. If this represents a decision to return to suicide bombings as a tactic by Hamas, then it is a very serious + worrying development - there are likely to be further attempts.
