Ugh, went to the market today for some veggies and ended up at a fruit stand. Figured I'd try one since they looked so fresh... total waste of time! It was way too sweet. Honestly, can't people just make things taste normal anymore?

Had such a fun Friday night! Caught up with my good friend Shirley after work and we had a movie marathon. It's amazing how a good movie can just take you away from everything else for a while. We laughed, we cried (okay, maybe just me!), and we even had some popcorn fights!

Ugh, so I went to this supposed "fun" pop-up shopping event today and it was a total disaster. The lines were insanely long, the music was way too loud, and half the stuff wasn't even worth looking at. I managed to find one okay thing, but honestly, not worth the headache.

Family dinner at that new place everyone's been raving about...not sure what all the fuss is about. Their "special dishes" were just okay, nothing special really. Maybe my expectations were too high? At least we got to spend some time together.

Can't wait for the Akron vs. Ohio State game today! Gonna be an exciting matchup. Go Buckeyes!
