Today we discussed choices and consequences in small group. They concluded that consequences don’t have to be negative- we make good choices and then can achieve good results!

The clap-out by Butterfly Ridge Elementary School for Susan C. Amerena on her last day as acting principal was a beautiful sight to see. Susan is the true definition of a servant leader and I’m grateful that I had the opportunity to work with and for her. FCPS-MD

This week we reflected on our strengths in my 6th grade girls small groups and explored how self-esteem impacts our friendships. Small group counseling is one of the very best parts of my job!!💛🖤
