Dame Ruth May just said that the IPC Cell *obtained a consensus* on IPC, but final decisions & oversight was always with PHE/UKHSA In late 2020 I contacted NERVTAG, DHSE, PHE & NHSE to plead for IPC guidance change 🚨They all denied responsibility Is anyone telling the truth?
