Highcroft Ridge's first ever "Rock Your School Day" was as a hit! We topped the charts in the hearts and minds of our Redhawks. Making memories, engaging in active learning, and moving mountains at Highcroft everyday ❤️🎵🎹🎸🎤🖤

This year's theme at Highcroft Ridge is "Moving Mountains". We take themes and our work with our students very seriously! There was no way we were going to let a good Halloween slip away w/o weaving our mountain theme right through it. As usual, this staff did NOT disappoint!

The culture of a school is created by everyone in the school. Walk in a school and see how the front office staff talks and interacts or the staff /teachers in the hallway. Yes the admin influences it but everyone is ultimately responsible for a positive school culture.

We had one “Hula” of a time at our monthly staff meeting this morning! We surfed through the latest data, rode a wave of new learning, and dug deep into the sand to stretch our thinking. It was one gnarly adventure!

Our Redhawk Readers were set up for success as our day started with our Safety Assembly! This laid a great foundation for our day and week!

I cant wait to empower our students to be inclusive and empathetic to each other and our stories. When we listen to understand each other we see each other differently. When we know better we do better. ♥️

This House will teach us some of the most valuable skills in life…. Resilience, adaptation, flexibility, and confidence. I can’t wait to see our school community thrive because of the power of this House!💙
