Prime Minister Hon. Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka was among the Pacific Leaders attending the Tenth Pacific Island Leaders Meeting (#PALM10) and they were hosted to a banquet by the Japanese Prime Minister Hon. Fumio Kishida at the State Guest House, Akasaka Palace last night.
