Several of our spring teams are entering the post season this week - the end of the spring sports season is quickly approaching. We hope you will come on out and support these young athletes as they finish their respective season.

For some of our sports teams, and for most of our athletes, this will be the last week of action. Good luck to all those reppin the purple and white.

Would like to wish our very own Dominic Brown the very best this weekend as he competes at the OHSAA state championships in Dayton.

Dominic Brown sets school record with a throw of 62'4". He sits in first place heading into the finals.

With a throw or 62'4" Dominic Brown is your D-1 State Champion in the shot-put! We will be welcoming home our state champion this evening with a police and fire escort. The route will be Brush-State-Franklin-Ross High School.

After 7 seasons at the helm - Coach Jared King has decided to step down as the head coach of the Little Giants. The Ross Athletic Department is grateful to Coach King for his years of service and wishes him nothing but the very best.

With the increased chances of sever weather this afternoon/evening it has been decided to cancel our youth football camp for tonight. Campers will return tomorrow for their final day of camp.

Following board approval this evening - the Ross Athletic Department is excited to announce the hiring of Fremont Ross Alumni ('97) and Hall of Famer ('22) Derek Thiessen as its next baseball coach.

For the first time this fall - all of the athletic teams are in action this week.

Should be an other busy week for our student-athletes as they return to the classroom and playing fields...
