King Kobina Gyan of Elmina and members of his tribe, GoldCoast. He was a significant leader in the late 19th century, known for his resistance against British colonial rule. In 1873, he opposed the British takeover of Elmina Castle, leading to his arrest & exile to the Seychelles

Footage: Mock burial in Lagos for Former President Dr. kwame Nkrumah, (May 1972), whose body was still being held by the Government of Guinea, was honoured with a symbolic burial in Lagos, Nigeria. He died in Romania on April 27. On April 30 his body was flown to Conakry, Guinea.

Footage: At the request of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, the Accra-Tema City council set up a Taxi Service with 50 brand New Russian cars in Accra,1965. They were inspected by President Nkrumah for a tour of the city.
