🏀 Recruiting thought for Coaches! 🗣️ Don’t start the recruitment of an athlete until you are prepared to maintain the communication and connection with that athlete!

💯 I’ve always believed it was advantage to be a prospects first phone call, first offer, first visit etc. 🛑 But if that communication abruptly stops after that first call or offer for extended periods of time then you lost any momentum you had!

You look at the end result and say, "That's what I want." Then you look at the process and say, "I don't want to do that." And then you complain about your lack of results. You don't get to negotiate. There are no shortcuts. The process is required. Do the work.
