It is an honour to receive this recognition, which represents and acknowledges the invaluable mentorship and contributions of my crit care colleagues. To be a nurse but recognised in a medically dominant field is a testament to the collaborative nature of ANZ crit care research!

Some very pertinent discussions raised in this excellent article - What helps or hinders nurses to lead funded research projects? onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.11…

I love this story. Once a nurse, always a nurse. After losing her husband and surviving cancer, Neysa King came out of retirement and went back to uni abc.net.au/news/2024-03-0… via ABC Australia

The fabulous Ruth Endacott 💙 has joined us #downunder at ANZICS Clinical Trials Group #IRCIG research coordinator workshop. Sharing the responsibility of patient advocacy in delivering research is everyone’s role in critical care.

Love this trial. Do you know how happy this will make ICU nurses? No more chasing the >4.5mEq/L target post cardiac surgery. Threshold of >3.6mEq/L is ok for patients, more cost effective and makes nurses happy. Win! Win! Win!
