Our "weird oxygen production" paper is finally out! The polymetallic nodule-covered seafloor is making oxygen. We don't know exactly how - lots of fun work ahead! - but a new source of O2 may help fuel the deep-sea biosphere. 👏 to AndrewKSweetman for leading the charge 👏
