Between getting to play the first region for myself and seeing new quotes like this, I fucking knew Miyazaki was underselling the size of the DLC. This is the same guy who said Elden Ring would take 30 hours to beat before the game launched.

(No spoilers) I forgot to mention the biggest change with the Elden Ring DLC. They changed the background color of the Bandai Namco logo so you don’t get flashbanged when launching the game anymore.

very important Elden Ring tip for people starting the DLC today there's a new recent items tab where you can easily look at items you just acquired, BUT it's not enabled by default you need to go to your display options and enable "Show Recent Items Tab" actual game changer

I’ve been getting a vibe check on people’s reactions to the DLC, and the one thing I keep seeing is people underestimating the impact of Scadutree Blessings. These make a MASSIVE difference and you CAN come back later. No, you don’t need to kill the lion or Rellana at the start.
