My time in the NFL, especially under the mentorship of Andy Reid and Mike Tomlin, taught me very valuable lessons on building a company culture.

Reno County 4-H'ers delivered roses to residents of local nursing homes this week for Valentine's Day. Our 4-H'ers were a part of the #cupidcrew which is supported by Wish of a Lifetime.

Yesterday, we delivered our 1 millionth rose to older adults since the inception of the CupidCrew program from Wish of a Lifetime from AARP. The smiles, the hugs, the happy faces—few things compare to the moments we’ve experienced together on this special day.
