The hack for writing well is reading and there’s no way around it. The more you read, the more you will be able to expand your mind to write.

I’ve actually abandoned Otter.ai at this point. As a journalist, I’m not the intended audience, it seems. Now, I take my audio recording and put it in Slack. Slack transcribes it pretty quickly and it’s a godsend 🙏🏾

In defense of the boring close friends IG people, social media has become about performance. CF is for moments you don't want to perform (ie the boring panini) but still want to invite friends into your day. Finstas and spam accounts exist for similar reasons.
