Terry Flewers Hi Terry. Hope you're well. Just a few things here. PSR didn't come in until 2016 so well after Mancini's sacking. City also reported £350m in aggregate losses during Mancini's tenure, so that £5.75m made no difference to FFP as they had to agree settlement with UEFA. /1
