Yet we are still the lowest funded jurisdiction in Canada. New funding is good, yet this should have been in the budget announced in February. The increase to enrollment and inflation increases were known then. Fund our schools to better serve our students. .

The gap is continuing to widen on Alberta's physician compensation. Other provinces are responding with tangible solutions and compensation models. They have recognized the value of physicians within their health care system and it's time for Alberta to follow suit.
