Apple maggot damage appears as knobby, misshapen fruit with small pits or blemishes & brown streaks run through the flesh of the apple. Management includes picking up infested apples that fall, using apple maggot traps, & spraying insecticides. More info: go.iastate.edu/EHEN4H

Target spot (Corynespora cassiicola) Crop Protection Network (CPN) can cause significant defoliation on susceptible soybean varieties. The fungus causes reddish-brown lesions, often with a concentric ring pattern and a yellow halo. The disease can also effect cotton and tomatoes #Soybean #Fungi
