Watching this is wild!

A lot of good games were showcased. Most looking forward to Fable, Avowed, and the Diablo 4 expansion. The Dragon Age game also looks interesting.

Did our annual Origins Game Fair day trip. Our small loot haul from today.

Won't be long now on the green beans! I may have gone a little overboard on planting this rou d but we do love our garden fresh green beans. 😀 (There are cucumbers growing up the trellises in the middle.)

Where there is sunlight there will be a cat. He loves his sun 🌞

Baldur's Gate 3 is such an amazing game. It's definitely ranking up there with some of my all-time favorites: Witcher 3, Final Fantasy 7, Dragon Age, and Mass Effect 3.

I think I found a new hobby! First time ever painting a mini figure.

Played 3 of games we brought home in our Gen Con loot haul. Been fighting con crud, so we haven't played as much as we wanted to this week. I've enjoyed all of them. Kronologic is like Clue with a twist. :)

Another Gen Con pickup. Only picked it up because it has cats...in space 😂

Another Gen Con purchase. Followed Weirdwood Manor on Kickstarter and regret not backing it. This one was a lot of fun to play.

Tried a different approach to the personal narrative in Comp 1 & added some multimodal & multigenre writing. They created identity boxes that relate to their experiences. Did a gallery walk today where they commented on the designs. Tomorrow begins the multigenre writing.

The original Star Wars trilogy was a major part of my childhood (just walk into my classroom). James Earl Jones was one of those iconic actors with an unmistakable voice. Anytime he spoke, I imagined Darth Vader telling Luke Skywalker, "No. I am your father."
