Kicking off 2024 internship visits PinehurstCountryClub with Addison Donahue. Thanks to Jack Robbins & Dan Wood for the warm hospitality & providing an excellent internship! Addison comes from a family of turf professionals & has a bright future in the industry.
Today’s internship visit took me to the Club at Cordillera Summit Course to visit Devin Riddle. At 9,000 ft elevation this course has the feeling of golfing in the clouds. Thanks to Spartan alumnus David Soltvedt & the staff for the hospitality and supporting Devin during his internship

Yesterday kicked off the final push of internship visits with a trip to see London Kamstra West Michigan Whitecaps stadium in Grand Rapids. Thanks to Mitch Hooten for providing a great experience and teaching me a bit about baseball field/skin management!

That’s a wrap - final internship visit of the year with Tyler Munch Arcadia Bluffs Golf Club. Spent time touring the new ‘The Dozen’ course that is scheduled to open in 2025, going to be an exciting new addition to the Arcadia Bluffs experience. Pics of the Bluffs & South only.
