Yesterday, we visited a group of farmers in Murang'a working on amazing farming techniques. We learnt the importance of integrating indigenous knowledge and science in agriculture. GNEI is keen on how such techniques can be implemented in ASAL Regions. State Department for ASALs

Our Executive Director is deeply concerned about the rampant fires in Kenyan schools. He advocates for the urgent involvement of seasoned leaders like him, whose deep experience with student affairs can uncover root causes and craft real, lasting solutions.

At Muranga County with Green NorthEastern Initiative (GNEI) & MuemAction Post we engaged with farmers who have adapted to climate change through climate smart agriculture and regenerative agriculture. They utilized Indigenous knowledge in running their farms and even utilizing some plants & weeds as medicine
