My first first-author preprint is up! In this collaboration with Dr. Nicolas L. Young, we combined in vitro enzymatic assays and histone mass spectrometry to show that MLL-mediated H3K4 methylation is enhanced by H3K18 and H3K23 acetylation. biorxiv.org/content/10.110… 🧵⬇️
