There is a big difference between “Earning” something and feeling like you “Deserve” something. This applies in football, work, and personal relationships. Here's my personal story:

Accountability is what separates the winners and losers. Losers will blame others and make excuses for not upholding the standards. Winners take responsibility for their actions and hold each other accountable, understanding that collective accountability creates success.
