I'm recruiting a new Chief Editor for Nature Materials! 🗺️ Location: New York, Shanghai or Beijing 🗓️ Closing date: Sept 2, 2024 🗒️ Application: (1) CV; (2) vision statement (~ 1,500 words) & (3) brief cover letter More details 👇 nature.com/naturecareers/… RTs appreciated 🙏
Our recent Angewandte Chemie paper made it to the cover! We show that combining microscopy with EELS is key to identifying metals, accurately differentiating atoms from impurities in single-atom catalysts, and with potential to distinguish metals in dual-atom catalysts.
📢 🔍 Spotlight on Electron Donors in Photocatalytic Water Splitting!! Our latest review highlights the crucial role of electron donors in enhancing photocatalytic water splitting. Adam Lee 🇬🇧🇦🇺🌏♻️⚗🐨 Sustainable Energy & Environmental Research Lab onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/ad…
Just out in Nature Chemical Engineering 🔥 We highlight the importance of transport phenomena in chemical recycling of polyolefins and derive good practices for catalyst performance evaluation. Stirring the way forward! NCCR Catalysis #plastic #Sustainability 👇 nature.com/articles/s4428…
Proud to share our recent concept article in Chemistry regarding homogeneous-heterogeneous multi-catalysis! An important landmark for the group as the first publication as part of Stockholm University and WISE Materials kudos to Camilo Arango Daza #newPI
Day 2 session 5 Pr Adam Lee Adam Lee 🇬🇧🇦🇺🌏♻️⚗🐨 is talking on catalyzing sustainable chemical manufacturing from biomass
I was at Xi'an Jiaotong University this week for the Int Symposium on Fine Chemicals. Thanks to Prof Zhicheng Zhang, Prof Weiyi Ouyang & Christophe Len for the invitation, warm hospitality, and lab visits. It was an honor to present our work on single-atom catalysis for light-driven processes.
Had an amazing time catching up with friends, collaborators and old students at the 36th Annual Conference in Analytical Science in KL. Great to be back in #Malaysia to listen to some great talks on #catalysis and #biorefining. Next stop Universiti Malaya to wrap up the trip.
Our latest study uses machine learning to analyze in-line spectroscopic data in flow reactors to measure nucleation and growth kinetics for nanocrystals with featureless absorption spectra. In collaboration with the Malmstadt group USC Mork ChE&MatSc. ACS Nano pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.102…
This is our first article on catalytic plastic waste recycling… kudos to Swapna Bhattu for your perseverance and dedication towards plastic waste recycling… Thanks IIT Hyderabad SERB DSTIndia Department of Chemistry, IIT Hyderabad for your support…
