Clean-up success! Yesterday, at Tongogara Refugee Settlement, Refugee Coalition for Climate Action (RCCA) conducted a plastic pick-up campaign in community areas! We collected over 15 wheelbarrows full of plastic waste and made a real difference in our neighborhood! Thanks to all our volunteers who joined us!

In Tongogara Refugee Settlement, Zimbabwe, Refugee Coalition for Climate Action (RCCA) has a strategy of planting a shade tree and a fruit tree per household. As we head into summer, this is one of the transformed households, thanks to trees we planted in 2022 and 2023. #Neem is a fast-growing tree in hot place
