Today is my 6th anniversary as CEO of the amazing RSPCA (England & Wales) & what a journey it has been - where has the time gone!? I continue to be inspired by & in awe of the incredible work of my colleagues, our branches & volunteers who work day in, day out for animals.

Happy anniversary, Chris 🥳 It's been a jam-packed 6 years and we've achieved so much, including tougher sentences for animal cruelty, animal sentience recognised in law, a crackdown on illegal puppy and kitten breeding, mandatory cat microchipping, and an end to live exports 💙

Today marks 6 months since the XL Bully ban was introduced in England and Wales. Since then, reports of neglect has increased by 230% 💔 We fear that these deliberate acts are a result of these dogs becoming increasingly demonised. Find out more: bit.ly/3WM7xpT
