Fantastic Taskforce meeting and celebration last night - packed event with community leaders, NHS and local authority partners. We reflected, connected, and built new relationships - from listening to action, as we grow our movement to tackle deep rooted health inequalities.

This was an incredible evening and brilliant demonstration of what’s possible through partnership working with the #NHS, #LocalAuthorities and #VCSE communities across #SouthLondon South East London ICS NHS South West London NHS Maudsley Oxleas NHS South West London and St George's NHS.
