I think my husband forgot what today is... which is fine, because I didn't realize my birthday was today, either. 😂 is this because I'm old or because I'm a mom? Or both?

My child just sniffed my hair, scrunched his nose, and whispered, "I smell poopy." Guess Mama needs to wash her hair?

This past week has been an exciting time in toddler entertainer news! Blippi got married and the Red Wiggle is pregnant with twins! And, yes, I am genuinely excited about both.

T-Rex fell asleep in his bed tonight. No nursing, no rocking, no crying. I rubbed his belly, and he snuggled up with me with his fingers in my mouth, but he did it! I've never been so happy and so sad at the same time.

Starting my training as a Manager on Duty tomorrow and I'm so excited! I know it will be more work, but after 3.5 years at the store, I think I'm ready for this step. (And the pay raise is probably helpful, too.)

Do people still ask for people to send cute animal pics, cute baby pics, memes, etc., when they're going through a hard time? I could use them, if anybody sees this.

I started (kinda) potty training with T-Rex this week. He's very much enjoying hanging out without a diaper on, and he's peed in his potty multiple times over the last 3 days. Next week, we're getting serious.
