61/2024 - Meditations - edited by Hammond. There is nothing quite like revisiting an old classic, first read decades earlier. As we evolve, how we interpret what we read changes. We see new things. The focus on calm, our own mortality, and how little we control all hit home.

Getting to hear from the top command team in the CAF is not only a privilege, but also a key aspect of the education of senior leaders. The exchange of perspectives is key.

Respect for teammates needs to be given regardless of the amount of power or authority they hold. It is so very powerful when everyone feels that they belong on the team…
