Are medical studies being written with ChatGPT? Well, we all know ChatGPT overuses the word "delve". Look below at how often the word 'delve' is used in papers on PubMed (2023 was the first full year of ChatGPT).

Back to back MMA embolizations. Back to back previously unknown pathology. Gotta be incidental, right? Even for that high grade fistula.

Five diagnostic angios, 28 total vessels, done by noon. This team is good. Maybe my carotid stent at another hospital will go as efficient 🤞

Just overheard a phone call by one of my colleague Hospitalists. Think they were calling a friend of a pt to ask - on the pts behalf - if the friend would go check on the pt’s cat. That is the kinda energy and thoughtfulness I wanna bring to today

Obviously high volume centers that do a lot of interventions without GETA and just MAC or sedation. I wish I had better sense or algorithm about which pts would be good candidate for such or not. This case went fine.

Past months we’ve been building an endo program at a hospital. Last night was our first after hours stroke: Copter lands - 855pm Puncture - 916pm First pass - 928pm It has been slick so far. What institutional qualities makes program building “easy”?

I wonder how much of modern philosophy is just nerds mistaking the emotional roller coaster of sugar addiction for the human condition.
