Mid forties. Witnessed collapse at work. GCS 2 2 4. R pupil clearly anasacoric but sluggishly reactive & not blown. Known HTN, on two agents, not sure how well controlled. Gets a HCT and CTA on ER arrival before they call. To OR urgently.
